I have been interested in photography for as long as I can remember, inspired by my grandfather who used an old Rolliflex Mudium Format TLR and did his D&P in the bathroom. I learned many skills at the Aberdeen University Photographic Society, or PhotoSoc as it was known. These skills included D&P using monochrome and also slide film. I have now gone digital, but still miss the old darkroom! I like to capture the mood in a situation, particularly landscapes in low light or water, captured with a slow shutter. I now live in Cornwall with my wife Celestine.
